Another Unhappy Customer

When my fiancée and I went in to pay the balance on our contract, the owner, Don, very nastily told us that we owed him and additional $1,400. He could not explain what the additional money was for and no where in our contract was any additional fee clause.
After an hour of questioning this additional fee and still no explanation, Don proceeded to tell us that he was not going to “do this wedding.” He was so confrontational that we had to call the Nassau County Police to have our deposit refunded.
This man actually got out of his chair and stood nose to nose with my fiancée pointing his finger in his face while screaming at him. This was the most unprofessional “business” man I have ever encountered in my life.
DO NOT book with this company. This is the most unprofessional company around. Obviously customer satisfaction is not a priority to them. |
